We are
We are Cee Cee Creative, a creative agency - and Cee Cee, a platform for city content on various channels. Together, we are currently around 25 people working towards a common goal: creating visibility for projects and companies - whether from the business or cultural sector. ย Our team is interdisciplinary and international and consists of designers, content creators, project managers, event managers and a team for sales, partnerships and PR. We all work hybrid between home office and the Cee Cee Studio in Berlin-Kreuzberg, a bright space with an industrial look that used to house a print shop.

Areas of responsibility
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Develop comprehensive social media campaign strategies aligned with marketing objectives, target audience insights, and brand guidelines.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals for each campaign.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes.
Content Creation & Curation:
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, high-quality, and platform-specific content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging.
- Collaborate with design, copywriting, and video production teams.
Campaign Execution & Management:
- Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, bid management, and ad set optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make necessary adjustments to optimize reach and engagement.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements based on data.
- Present regular reports on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and customer feedback.
- Engage with the online community and foster positive interactions.
