We are

We are Cee Cee Creative, a creative agency - and Cee Cee, a platform for city content on various channels. Together, we are currently around 25 people working towards a common goal: creating visibility for projects and companies - whether from the business or cultural sector.  Our team is interdisciplinary and international and consists of designers, content creators, project managers, event managers and a team for sales, partnerships and PR. We all work hybrid between home office and the Cee Cee Studio in Berlin-Kreuzberg, a bright space with an industrial look that used to house a print shop.

You offer

• Completed Ausbildung or university degree (e.g., Graphic Design, Communication Design), or a comparable qualification.
• First professional experience (such as an internship or working student position) in communication design, ideally at an agency.
• Confident handling of standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• A keen eye for typography, layout, colour impact, and current design trends.
• Structured way of working, team spirit, and an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in English or German, both written and spoken.

Areas of responsibility

• Creation and adaptation of assets for digital channels (e.g., social media, website, newsletters) and print media (e.g., brochures, flyers).
• Supporting the adherence to and further development of our clients' visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Contributing to conceptualization phases and taking on sub-tasks in client and internal projects.
• Professional image editing, retouching, and preparation of final print and web data (final artwork/pre-press).
• Close coordination and constructive teamwork with the Graphics, Editorial, and Project Management teams.
