Für den Launch des Oatly LOOK BOOK #2 und des neuen Oatly Matcha-Getränks sollte Berlin die Bühne sein. Ziel: ein Event zu schaffen, das sowohl Oatlys Personality transportiert als auch internationale Gäste, Influencer:innen und interne Teams gleichermaßen begeistert – und dabei in Erinnerung bleibt.

Strategie: Unser Ansatz: das in Neukölln gelegene CANK-Gebäude in eine immersive Oatly-Welt verwandeln, die neugierig macht, aktiviert und emotional verbindet. Die Experience sollte in mehreren Schichten funktionieren – von inhaltlicher Tiefe (Panel Talk) über interaktive Formate (Workshops) bis hin zu einem starken Community-Moment (Afterparty). Raumgestaltung, Ablauf und Brand-Touchpoints wurden so konzipiert, dass sich die Gäste Schritt für Schritt in Oatlys Markenidentität hineinbewegen.

Lösung: Wir haben das gesamte Event – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung – ganzheitlich betreut und CANK Berlin komplett gebrandet, indoor wie outdoor. Der Abend startete mit einer kuratierten Panel Discussion mit bekannten Creators und Moderator:innen, bevor die rund 200 Gäste in fünf thematisch unterschiedlichen Workshops eintauchten: von Nail Art über kulinarische Experiences (Coda / René Frank) bis hin zu „Mix Your Signature Drinks“. Spezielle Experience-Highlights wie der Conveyor Belt, der Green Room, „Heat Light Camera“, Matcha Slushies und individuell gemixte Drinks prägten das Erlebnis.
Zum Finale öffnete sich der Raum für eine Afterparty mit rund 500 Gästen, darunter internationale Besucher:innen, Influencer:innen und Oatly-internes Publikum – begleitet von DJ-Set u.a. von Stella Bossi.

Das Ergebnis: Ein Launch, der Oatlys kreative Haltung sichtbar, fühlbar und direkt erlebbar gemacht hat.
