Benannt nach seinem Standort in der Erasmusstraße in Moabit, verkörpert RASMO den Spirit Berlins – eine Stadt, die tief in der Geschichte verwurzelt ist und gleichzeitig von zukunftsweisender Innovation geprägt ist. Dieses Projekt vereint ambitionierte Nachhaltigkeitsziele, flexible Arbeitsräume und zeitgemäßes Design unter einem Konzept.

Strategie: RASMO ist ein Ort der Gegensätze. Unsere Vision war es, eine Corporate Identity zu schaffen, die diese Dualitäten ausbalanciert: bodenständig und raffiniert, zugänglich und mutig. Durch den Bruch mit konventioneller Immobilienkommunikation setzt RASMO auf einen „Kiez-Gedanken“ und vermeidet übermäßig fachspezifischen Architekturjargon. Der Schwerpunkt auf den Verbindungen zwischen den Mieter:innen – symbolisiert durch durchdacht gestaltete Außenbereiche und eine Architektur, die die alten und neuen Gebäudeteile miteinander verbindet. Dieser Ansatz spiegelt RASMOs Bestreben wider, nicht nur ein Gebäude, sondern eine lebendige Gemeinschaft zu schaffen, in der Geschichte und Innovation harmonisch koexistieren.  

Design: Die RASMO-Identität basiert auf einem mutigen Logo, das durch ein freundliches, lebendiges Farbschema ergänzt wird. Die Designsprache lässt sich von dem dynamischen Zusammenspiel der verschiedenen Gebäudeabschnitte inspirieren. Überlappende rechteckige Formen mit präzisen Einschnitten lenken den Blick des Betrachters und organisieren Inhalte effektiv. Das modulare System bietet unendliche kreative Möglichkeiten und stellt sicher, dass jedes Layout so einzigartig ist wie der Standort selbst.
